Ayhika Mukherjee is an Indian table tennis player from Naihati, West Bengal. She is a part of the Indian team for the 2018 Asian Games. 

Key Achievements:

• In the 2022 Asian Games, they defeated the Chinese Champions Chen Meng and Wang Yidi in the quarter finals, won a historical bronze medal for India before losing to North Korea's Cha Su-yong and Pak Su-gyong.
• Participated in Asian Cup 2018 in Japan
• Quarter Final at Thailand Open 2017 in Women's Singles
• World Championship in Düsseldorf/Germany 2017: Women's Singles last 128
• Silver Medal Women's Singles + Team and Bronze Medal in Women's Doubles at the Indian Junior Open 2014
